| 内容記述 | 本研究は自然災害による被害の程度が軽い地域の人々の惨事ストレスと自己開示との関連性について検討することを目的として,被害の程度が比較的に軽い千葉県銚子市の日本人大学生(n=83)を対象にして,東日本大震災後1か月と9か月の時点における災害による惨事ストレスと自己開示の状況について質問紙調査を行った。その結果,全体的な惨事ストレスは低いレベルであるものの,中程度以上の惨事ストレス反応を示した人が存在することが確認された。また惨事ストレスの程度と自己開示との間に正の相関があることが確認されたが,自己開示による惨事ストレスの低減への影響は確認できなかった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between stresses caused by natural disasters and self-disclosure. Japanese college students (n=83) were asked to report their stresses caused by the East Japan Great Earthquake and their self-disclosures at the points of 1 month and 9 months after the disaster. The results show positive correla-tions between stresses and self-disclosures, but no significant correlation between self-disclosure at the 1 month point and the decline of stress during the 9 months period. | |||||
