| 内容記述 | 組織不正によって消費者や社会全体の利益が損なわれ,また最終的に組織自体の弱体化や解体に至る事例が数多く報道されている.組織不正を防ぐことが組織の危機管理において重要な課題となっている.組織不正を防止するために,「内部告発」が有効な手段の一つとして考えられるが,内部告発者が報復などの不利益を受ける可能性がある.2006年4月に「公益通報者保護法」が施行され,内部告発が行われやすくなり,また内部告発に対する態度がよりポジティブになることが考えられる.本研究はこの法律の施行前後で行った有職者の内部告発に関する調査のデータを比較し,内部告発に対する有職者の態度について検討した.その結果,法律施行後,内部告発者を保護する必要性の認識が強くなったことが確認された. | |||||

| 内容記述 | Organizational wrongdoing can badly damage interests of consumers and the society, weaken and ultimately dismantle the organization itself. How to prevent organizational wrongdoing is one of the most important issues in crisis management for organizations. Whistle-blowing can be considered as an effective measure for preventing and/or mitigating the harm of the wrongdoing. In this study, 2 surveys were conducted among Japanese salaried workers before and after the enforcement of the Whistle-blower Protection Act started in April 2006, and the results show that the necessity of the protection of whistle-blower was evaluated more important after the law enforcement. Other attitudes toward whistle-blowing, whistle-blowers, and whistle-blower protection laws were also discussed. | |||||
