を溶かした塩水について低温で示差熱分析(DTA)を行った。すべての試料について極端な過冷却現象が見られた。高純度水は-30℃で、水道水は-20℃で氷った。100g の高純度水にNaCl を30g まで溶かした塩水を冷却した場合には氷は徐々に析出しないで、過冷却された共晶点で一気に(氷+溶液)となり、さらに低温で、その溶液が(氷+NaCl・2H_2O)の混晶として析出する2
