Mice were treated orally with SMC (50-200 mg/kg), SMCS (50-200 mg/kg), Cyc (50-200 mg/kg) once a day for 5 days, and then the hepatic and extrahepatic enzyme activities were analyzed. SMC treatment resulted in significantly higher GST activities in liver, small intestine, kidney and brain by 1.1-1,4-fold, and SMCS treatment caused significantly higher GST activities in liver and small intestine and kidney except brain by 1.1-1.3-fold, and Cyc treatment caused higher hepatic and kidney GST activities by 1.3-1.4-fold. The present study has suggested that water-soluble organosulfur compounds SMC, SMCS and Cyc might be partly responsible for the biological effects of onion, such as a reduction in the risk of cancer, and deserves more in-depth research in order to improve human health.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"千葉科学大学"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA1230240X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2436-2565","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_ab4af688f83e57aa","subitem_version_type":"AM"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"SASAKI, Keiko"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1011","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"WADA, Keiji"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1012","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"MATUOKA, Koozi"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"1040","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2022-03-22"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"1-5佐々木啓子(英・原著).pdf","filesize":[{"value":"511.6 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","license_note":"Copyright (c) 2021 Chiba Institute of Science","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"1-5佐々木啓子(英・原著)","url":"https://cis.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/386/files/1-5佐々木啓子(英・原著).pdf"},"version_id":"83898af5-fec3-4f2e-a800-5bbb8970e469"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Water-soluble Organosulfur Compounds in Onion Influence the Induction of Glutathione S-Transferase","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Water-soluble Organosulfur Compounds in Onion Influence the Induction of Glutathione S-Transferase"}]},"item_type_id":"10002","owner":"15","path":["35"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2022-03-28"},"publish_date":"2022-03-28","publish_status":"0","recid":"386","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Water-soluble Organosulfur Compounds in Onion Influence the Induction of Glutathione S-Transferase"],"weko_creator_id":"15","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-06-19T07:50:07.741614+00:00"}
