| 内容記述 | Analytical methods for incidents that occur in healthcare environments are being established. However, although it may be possible to extract the fundamental causes from an analysis, no analytical methods successfully show the measures for problem resolution; thus, they have not necessarily succeeded in finding fundamental solutions. Here, we developed a novel method that uses Project Cycle Management (PCM) for analyzing incidents up to the stage of recurrence prevention. PCM is a method that has been introduced and is in use since the early 1990s in contexts of international cooperation to solve problems related to international development and poverty. In this study, we will conduct an incident analysis of a ventilator, using PCM. As a result, an overall picture analysis of the causes, a problem analysis showing the relationships among factors, and an objective analysis that graphically illustrates problem solving are conducted. Furthermore, summary table on planning, implementation, and evaluation, which is a planning chart for the process up to the problem-solving stage, is created. This study reports on the methodology found to provide a comprehensive visual representation of all steps from occurrence to resolution. | |||||||||
