Science","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"研究目的はリハビリテーション病院における身体拘束を解除できた成功事例の看護実践から看護方法を明らかにし、身体拘束解除に向けた今後の看護の示唆を得ることである。方法は、身体拘束解除ができた成功3事例の看護について6名の看護師にインタビュー調査をした。結果は10の看護方法を抽出した。看護方法は①「集中できるものを提供」、②「不安への介入」、③「患者の欲求を知る介入」、④「患者と話し合う時間を作る」、⑤「チームで情報を共有する方法」、⑥「夜間の患者の状況を共有する」、⑦「患者の見守り方法を共有する」、⑧「患者の距離の取り方を共有する」、⑨「昼夜を問わず、セルフケア時の見守り、介助にリハビリスタッフと協働する」、⑩「成功事例の介入方法を体験し、新しい介入方法を積み重ねること」であった。看護の示唆として身体拘束を解除にするためには、今回の結果を継続し、今後も身体拘束を解除できた事例の看護実践を後方視的に捉え、身体拘束解除の看護方法を言語化して積み重ねることが必要であった。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者（英）","attribute_value_mlt":[{"names":[{"name":"NGASHIMA,
