Science","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"目的：超重症児を育てる中で日々直面した困難への対処に関連したある家族の認識と行動を分析し、家族マネジメントの特徴、および、状況による変化を明らかにする。\n研究方法：質的記述的、演繹的デザインによる事例研究である。重症心身障害があり、医療依存度が高い学童期の超重症児を育てる1事例を対象とし、母親への半構造化面接によりデータを得た。逐語録より文節を取り出してコードとし概念枠組みにそって分類・整理し、時期ごとの家族マネジメントの特徴を描いた。各要素の類似性・共通性により影響要因を検討した。\n結果：子どもの発達段階と健康状態の関連により家族の生活状況は３時期に分けられた。時期ごとの家族マネジメントの特徴を示す。在宅直後の身体状態が不安定な時期は、乳幼児期でもあり生命危機に脅えながらケアの負担が多かった。生活は、両親間の協力と母親の使命感により成り立ち、日々の生活の中に家族のしあわせを見いだしていた。在宅開始後数年経過した状態安定時は、幼児期後半から学童期前半であり、子どもの今後の経過に不確かな思いを抱えていた。生活は、医療者との関係を良好に保つ工夫に支えられ、サポートを得ながら成り立たせていた。医療依存度が高くなり在宅ケアが困難になりつつある時期は、学童期後半であり、サポートを活用し最大限の工夫をしても限界が生じていた時期であった。生活は、その状況の中で得られる家族のしあわせに焦点をあて、そのしあわせを見いだすことで成り立っていた。本研究の結果は、家族マネジメントの検討により臨床的な洞察を深め、個々に応じた適切な援助を導く可能性を示唆した。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"千葉科学大学"}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA1230240X","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1882-3505","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_ab4af688f83e57aa","subitem_version_type":"AM"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"市原,
