 note = {P(論文), 近年、子どもたちに関する事件・事故が続発している。学校はこうした危機を予防するために子どもたちに対して、「安全教育」を実施してきた。しかしながら、急激な社会の変化や教師の資質の変化のため、この「安全教育」が必ずしも十分な成果を上げてきたとは思われない。本研究は、これまでの学校における「安全教育」の問題点を明らかにして、子どもたちが自立的に、リスクとしっかり向きあい処理していけるよう支援する、「危機管理教育」を提唱する。, Recently, the affairs and the accidents concerning children happen frequently. To prevent such crisis, schools have executed "the safety education" for children. However, the safety education seems not to have achieved an enough result, because of change of social structure and change of teacher's quality. This research clarifies the problems of the current safety education, and advocates a new risk-management education which supports children face some risks and manage them.},
