 note = {P(論文), 東北地方太平洋沖地震とそれに伴う津波に対して千葉県銚子市の小学校、中学校、高等学校がどのような危機対応行動をとったかを調査するために、ヒアリング調査および郵送による質問紙調査を行った。これらの調査の結果、地震の際の校庭への避難、児童生徒の帰宅方法、避難所の運営の実態等が明らかとなった。また今回は児童生徒の命にかかわるような問題は発生しなかったが、これは銚子市で震度5強を超える揺れが生じなかったことや学校に津波被害がなかったことが原因と思われる。, In order to investigate how schools managed the crisis of the March 11 earthquake and tsunami, we conducted hearing and questionnaire surveys on the emergency response of elementary, junior and senior high schools in Choshi city, Chiba prefecture, Japan. These investigations showed the processes of refuge to school grounds, how teachers let students go home, managements of refuge shelter, and so on. During the earthquake, emergency responses such as protection of students' lives and evacuation from tsunami did not cause serious problems because the seismic intensity in the city was up to 5 stronger and the tsunami was not inundated in school site.},
