| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は組織における不正行為に対して理由を説明することによって不正行為の悪さに対する判断への影響を検討することである。日本人大学生の実験参加者に企業における食品偽装のシナリオを読んでもらい,食品偽装が行われた理由を説明する課題または説明しない課題実行後の食品偽装とその企業の悪さについて評定させた。その結果,食品偽装の理由を説明した被験者の方が食品偽装自体や食品偽装が行われた企業に対してより悪く判断していることが明らかになった。この結果と説明-寛容効果との関連性や組織における不正行為の抑制に対する示唆についても議論が行われた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The aim of this study is to confirm the effect of giving-accounts of corporate wrongdoing on the judgment of badness of wrongdoing. Japanese college students (N=102) were asked to read a scenario depicting a company sold meat labeled 100% beef but actually intentionally mixed with cheaper pork and chicken. The students then asked to write down reasons for the wrongdoing or names of goods sold in glossary stores. The results show that compared with those who wrote goods names, participants who gave reasons of wrongdoing evaluated the wrongdoing itself and the involved company worse. The differences between this result and the explaining-condoning effect, and the implication in organization wrongdoing protection were also discussed. | |||||
